The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decline in mental health among kids. Seeing a therapist is the best way for kids to work through mental health disorders. However, mental health starts at home, and parents can help kids understand their feelings. Reading books can provide a great way to start conversations about emotions that children may be experiencing and struggling with.
